The best way to reach Annisquam Lighthouse is by car. Parking is available near Lighthouse Beach and Wingaersheek Beach. From downtown Gloucester, follow Route 127 north towards Annisquam. Alternatively, you can take the Route 3 bus from downtown Gloucester to Grant Circle and walk approximately 1.5 miles to the lighthouse.
